Personal information is used solely for order communication and will not be shared externally. We do not engage in telemarketing. You can use the convenient and fast shopping cart. After logging into your account, your name, address, and phone number will be automatically displayed during the ordering process, so you don’t need to enter them every time. Once you complete an order, the order is immediately sent to our database. After shipment, we will notify you of the tracking number, allowing you to check the delivery status with the logistics provider. You can modify your personal information at any time. Your orders have complete electronic records, allowing you to check the status of your orders at any time. You may receive occasional promotional newsletters in the future.

[ Order Acceptance ]

An order form constitutes a legal contract. Once an order is accepted and payment is received, the seller is obligated to deliver the goods within the agreed timeframe. If there are errors in the product name, price, quantity, or shipping fee on the order form, or if there are special circumstances, we will notify you before shipment. The order will be shipped only after the customer has confirmed the details.

If a customer has a history of canceling orders, arbitrarily returning or exchanging goods, failing to pay upon delivery, or falsely claiming that products were short or damaged, Mufun Design reserves the right to decide whether to accept the transaction order and whether to grant the customer’s account usage privileges
