Shipping Information:
- Weekday Orders: After placing your order, the product is expected to be shipped within 1-3 days according to the order sequence. For Taiwan’s main island, delivery to the specified address typically occurs 1-2 days after shipment. Shipping days are Monday to Friday; no shipments are made on weekends. If there is a stock shortage or product defect, we will contact you via phone or email.
- Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed during holidays will be shipped on the next business day in order of receipt. We appreciate your understanding.
- Taiwan Delivery Schedule: For Northern Taiwan, the product along with the invoice will be delivered within 1-2 days after shipment; for other regions in Taiwan (excluding remote and outlying islands), delivery is expected within 1-3 days after shipment. Delivery to remote areas and outlying islands will be adjusted according to the local delivery conditions.
- Delivery Logistics: For Taiwan’s main island, delivery is handled by Chunghwa Post or Black Cat Delivery Service.
- International Shipping: As there is currently no international shipping available on the website, please contact us directly via email for details regarding the delivery address and shipping fees.
- Other Delays: During specific events or holidays, increased shipping volume may cause delays. We will notify you through a public announcement and strive to ship orders within the normal delivery period. In the case of high order volumes, shipment may be delayed by 1-2 days. We appreciate your understanding. If there are issues such as stock shortages or product defects when preparing your shipment, our staff will contact you to arrange a return or exchange.
