– Product Evaluation Period –
Upon receiving the product (the calculation of the delivery date is based on the delivery confirmation date or postmark date), you have a 7-day product evaluation period (including holidays). If this period is exceeded, it will be considered as acceptance of the product.
The evaluation period is not a trial period. If you find anything unsatisfactory after inspecting the product, please repack it properly and keep the product and its contents in their original condition. Follow the return policy to process the return.
During the evaluation period, if you have any issues with the return/exchange of the product, please contact us, and we will assist you with the return/exchange process.

– Out of Stock –
If we encounter an out-of-stock situation, we will immediately contact you via email or phone to confirm whether you are willing to wait for the product to be restocked or if you would prefer to exchange it for another product.
If neither option meets your needs, you may choose to receive a refund for the out-of-stock item, and we will process it as quickly as possible.
– Return/Exchange –
If the return/exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damage during shipping), Mufun will cover the return shipping costs and fully refund the original product amount or replace it with the same item.
– Return/Exchange for Reasons Other Than Product Defect –
If the return/exchange is due to a mistake on the buyer’s part, and the product is not a custom-made item or based on personal preference, the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer, and it will be deducted from the refund amount.
– Return/Exchange Process –
Please retain the product in its entirety and seal it in the box. You can return/exchange the product using one of the following methods:
Home Pickup: We will arrange for Black Cat delivery staff to pick up the product from your original delivery address. Pickup is scheduled for the afternoon. If you have a preferred pickup time or wish to change the return address, please notify us via email at info@mufun.tw.
7-11 Pickup: You can visit a 7-11 store and request a “Purple” delivery slip from the Black Cat delivery service.
Fill in the address: Room B101, Zone D, No. 28, Section 2, Daguan Road, Banqiao District, New Taipei City
Fill in the recipient’s name: mufun Design (Return/Exchange Processing)
Fill in the customer code: 3017944701
Hand over the package for return/exchange to the store clerk, and no payment is required.
Invoice: If there is a price difference for the exchange, please ensure that the invoice is included in the package for return.
Refund: If there is a price difference for the exchange, we will process the refund within seven business days after receiving and verifying the returned goods.
Refund Process: If you chose cash on delivery when ordering, please provide your bank account information, and we will refund the amount directly to your designated account.
– Special Notes –
When returning/exchanging, please restore the product to its original condition and include the invoice and related documents in the original packaging box to maintain your rights to return/exchange.
If the product is incomplete or damaged due to improper packaging, we cannot process the return/exchange. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
When shipping an exchanged item, the original order address will be used. If there are any changes in information or address that affect shipping costs, please understand that the additional shipping fees will be your responsibility.
– International Orders –
Before shipping, we will reconfirm the product details with the customer via email and package the product properly. We guarantee the product’s quality is flawless, but please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

如果有遇到缺貨的情形,我們將立刻以Email或是電話聯繫您,與您確認是否願意等候商品到貨或是更換其他商品。
若以上兩者皆無法滿足您的需求,則可以選擇退回該項商品的貨款,我們將盡速為您處理。
–退/換貨–
如因本公司的疏失 (送錯商品、商品有瑕疵、運送毀損) 造成您退/換貨,木趣會負擔退回商品的郵資,並將原商品款項全額退回或是更換同款商品給您。
–商品瑕疵以外之退/換貨–
如因買方訂購失誤, 且非消費者個人觀感/特別訂購之產品,則退回商品的運費須請您自行負擔,我們將自貨款中扣除。

請將欲退貨之商品完整保留並封箱,以下方式可供您進行退/換貨:
到府收件: 我們將請黑貓宅急派員便至您原本的收件地址收貨,宅配收件時間均為下午時段,
若您有指定的收貨時段,或是希望變更收退貨的地址,請來信 info@mufun.tw通知我們。
7-11收件: 您可至7-11向店員拿取黑貓宅急便「紫色」配送單,
填寫地址:新北市板橋區大觀路二段28號D區B101室,
填寫收件人姓名:mufun木趣設計(退/換貨處理)收,
填寫客戶代碼:3017944701
連同須退/換貨之包裹一同交給店員即可,不需繳費。
發票: 如您需換貨之商品有差額,請務必連同發票一併放入包裹內退回。
退款: 如你需換貨之商品有差額,我們會在收到貨物並確認無誤後,七個工作天內將完成退匯款作業。
退匯: 如您訂購時選擇貨到付款,則需請您提供銀行帳戶,我們將直接退款至您指定的帳戶。
–特別注意事項 –
退/換貨時請將商品回復為送達時的完整樣貌,並請連同發票、單據一併放入原包裝箱中,以便維持您退/換貨的權益,
若商品完整性不齊全或是因包裝不妥導致運送時損毀,恕無法辦理退/換貨,敬請見諒。
換貨出貨時,將以訂單寄送地址為主,如因修改資料、地址等影響運費不同,請理解額外之運送費用須自行負擔。
